Selection Criteria
- 10+ year history of uninterrupted payments.

What to Watch Out For
High yield (6–7%+) is often a red flag. The company may be in trouble. Don't just look at yield, but also the history and stability of the business.
Don't put everything into dividend stocks. Balance: 30–50% of the portfolio in dividends, the rest in growth and ETFs.
