Cayman Islands-based Adlai Nortye Ltd. was founded to develop a portfolio of drugs for the treatment of recurrent or treatment-resistant cancers and large tumors.
The firm's lead product, AN2025, licensed to Novartis with exclusive global rights, is in Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials for large tumors of head and neck squamous cell cancer, respectively.
Adlai Nortye in March led a successful funding round of $307.8 million from investors including Archer Future, Nortye Talent, ATCG Holding, JIN YIN (BVI) Limited, Nortye International, Unique Mark Ventures and PECO International.
This shows the fairness of the IPO price of $72 million.These funds will be used to further develop and research drugs against severe cancers.
