CBL International Limited is a Malaysian logistics operator that provides refuelling services for ships in the Asia-Pacific region. The company organizes regular fuel deliveries to ports and primarily works with container carriers that require uninterrupted refuelling of their ships.
The main region for CBL International in terms of revenue is China and Hong Kong (88-95% of revenue). The company also operates in Malaysia and Singapore. The majority of revenue is generated by the five largest clients, three Taiwanese companies, one German and one Singaporean.
CBL International plans to use its IPO to expand its service network, launch its business in new ports and begin selling additional services to existing clients.
