Demand for the company’s products is growing rapidly as customers accelerate investment in data centers to meet the computational requirements of cloud computing and artificial intelligence, independent power producers build new generation capacity to satisfy rising electricity demand, utilities upgrade and expand transmission and distribution infrastructure to address rapid load growth, and manufacturers reshore production to secure supply chains and mitigate the impact of tariffs. From fiscal 2024 to fiscal 2025, Forgent Power Solutions’ revenues increased 56 percent to $753.2 million, and as of September 30, 2025, the company had backlog of $1,027.1 million, representing a 44 percent increase compared to the same date in the prior year. Forgent Power Solutions manufactures and sells a broad range of electrical distribution equipment, including automatic transfer switches, dry-type transformers, electrical houses, generator connection cabinets, liquid-filled transformers, panelboards, power distribution units, power skids, remote power panels, switchboards, switchgear, and tap boxes. In fiscal 2025, no single product category accounted for more than 13 percent of the company’s revenues.
