The company operates across three main areas:
Defense & National Security: providing communication systems, navigation, control technologies, signal intelligence, and defense systems.
Space Solutions: focusing on space infrastructure, advanced technologies, scientific systems, and mission services.
Starlab Space Stations: developing a commercial space station intended to replace the International Space Station (ISS).
Key clients and partners include NASA, Palantir, Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Air Force, and Sierra Space.
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Voyager Technologies was founded in 2019 and reported $148 million in revenue over the 12 months ending March 31, 2025. The company plans to go public on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol VOYG. The IPO was initially filed confidentially on January 21, 2025. The offering is being managed by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Jefferies, BofA Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Nomura Securities, and WR Securities. Pricing details have not yet been released.
