Through its subsidiaries, the company specializes in providing factory facility management and monitoring systems, including high-purity process systems (HPS) and factory management and control systems (FMCS) for industrial clients, mainly semiconductor and electronics manufacturers in China. The company's products and services are widely used by semiconductor manufacturers, LED and micro-electronics factories, as well as by some pharmaceutical, food, and beverage manufacturers.

Within the HPS, the company provides two types of solutions:

1. High-Purity Gas Conveyor System: This system includes a specialized gas cabinet, valve manifold box (VMB), gas monitoring software, and gas valve parts. It connects to clients' factory equipment, delivering gas through the installed system. The conveyor ensures that the high-purity gas remains uncontaminated by air, liquid, or particles during delivery.

2. High-Purity Chemicals Conveyor System: This system conveys multiple chemicals used in cleaning, corrosion, and grinding processes. It integrates sub-systems like high-purity chemical pipes, valves, chemical sensors, and monitoring software. Chemicals are delivered from storage containers to the client’s manufacturing equipment through a distribution valve. Both conveyor systems deliver high-purity gas and chemicals in a controlled environment, ensuring the materials meet the purity requirements of the clients’ production processes while monitoring potential safety issues.

The FMCS solution offers instant and efficient monitoring of clients’ manufacturing processes through control centers located within their factories. It oversees the facility production environment and integrates sub-systems, such as gas monitoring systems (GMS), chemical monitoring systems (CMS), high and low voltage power distribution, air pressure systems, air conditioning, water systems, access control, elevators, sewage treatment, waste gas emissions, and pure water systems. The software consolidates all sub-systems into a facility-wide platform, allowing for comprehensive monitoring and control of factory conditions. Additionally, the company develops individual sub-systems like the gas and chemical monitoring systems.

The company’s clients include experienced manufacturers in China, such as Li Yi System Engineering (Shanghai) Limited, Hefei Lanke Investment Co., Ltd., Shiyuan Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., and AUO Corporation.
