Who can open an account from Russia
"Exchange Broker" is a broker licensed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, and its product is designed for citizens of Tajikistan — including those currently living and working in Russia. The location from which you access the app does not matter: what matters is the passport used for registration.

How to open an account — 3 steps
- Open an account online. Download the "Exchange Broker" app (App Store, Google Play) or open an account via the website.
- Fill out the form. Enter your passport details — the form takes only a few minutes.
- Wait for approval. After your application is checked, the account will be activated, and you can proceed to the "Catalog" section.
How to fund your account while in Russia
Funding is available via a bank card without hidden fees, as well as through Alif and DC. Additionally, from Russia, you can fund your account via the FPS (Fast Payment System) — it only works for transfers within Russia but is convenient for those topping up their account while there.
What can be purchased after opening an account
The catalog offers stocks, bonds, depository receipts, ETFs, and units on NASDAQ, NYSE, KASE (Kazakhstan), AIX, and NASDAQ Dubai exchanges. The commission ranges from 0.2% to 0.3% depending on the tariff ("Investor" / "Trader").
